This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
Prior to reconstitution store at +Store productone at +4 degrees Celsius.. After reconstitution For optimal long term storage, productone should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. productone should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should productone contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf Life: 12 months from date of reconstitution.

productone is a polyclonal antibody of high purity and binding affinity for the antigen that it is risen against. Properly used, this antibody will ensure excellent and reproducible results with guaranteed success for the applications that it is tested in. Polyclonal antibodies have series of advantages - larger batches can be supplied at a time, they are inexpensive to manufacture and respectively to buy, the time needed for production is considerably shorter. Polyclonal antibodies generally are more stable and retain their reactivity under unfavorable conditions. To obtain more detailed information on productone, please, refer to the full product datasheet.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by MBS Polyclonals they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
CD254 This item is specific for the soluble form of human CD254, otherwise known as sRANKL, a 20kDa glycoprotein and member of the Tumour Necrosis Factor (TNF) superfamily, generated by proteolytic processing of the full-length CD254 membrane protein. _x000D__x000D_CD254 is highly expressed by T lymphocytes and osteoblastic cells and plays a key role in the differentiation and activation of osteoclast precursors, acting as a ligand for both receptor activator of NF-KBeta (RANK) and the decoy receptor osteoprotegerin (OPG), which act as antagonists. Binding of CD254 to RANK is essential for the activation of osteoclastogenesis, stimulated by factors such as TNF-alpha, IL-1beta, IL-6 and IL-17, whereas binding to OPG neutralizes CD254, thereby inhibiting osteoclastogenesis. _x000D__x000D_Studies have shown that CD254 augments the dendritic cell (DC) stimulation of naïve T cell proliferation and may be involved in the regulation of DC-T cell interactions. Studies have also revealed a link between CD254 and apoptosis, through activation of the antiapoptotic kinase AKT/PKB and the mTOR/S6K signalling pathway.
