Lyophilized from 5 mM tris, pH 7.6, with 75 mM NaCl. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.

Determined by its ability to induce NFkappaB in RAW264.7 cells in the absence of any cross-linking. The expected ED50 for this effect is 10.0-25.0 ng/ml.

Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
