RANKL polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of RANKL protein.

Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using TNFSF11 antibody at 1:1000 dilution.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Polyclonals can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on frozen slices or parrafin fixed tissues. The advantage is that there are more epitopes available in a polyclonal antiserum to detect the proteins than in monoclonal sera.
