Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short-term storage and at -20 degrees Celsius for long-term.Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. If there is a precipitate in the vial we recommend you to briefly microcentrifugate it prior to use. Shelf Life: 18 months from date of dispatch.

CD254 This item recognises CD254, otherwise known as Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (RANKL) or TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE), a member of the tumour necrosis factor ligand superfamily. CD254 is a cytokine that binds osteoprotegerin or RANK and plays an important role in bone metabolism, where it acts as an osteoclast differentiation and activation factor. Overproduction of CD254 is implicated in a range of degenerative bone diseases. _x000D__x000D_It is also expressed by T helper cells and augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naïve T cell proliferation. It may play a role in regulating interactions between T cells and dendritic cells and in the regulation of T cell-dependent immune responses. _x000D__x000D_Clone IK22/5 blocks ligand binding.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited.
